The torsion beam is also rubberized for a quieter, smoother ride. It also has a wide range of lubrication options such as zerk lube, standard grease, and oil for increased flexibility in maintenance and servicing. Customers can also choose from axles with electric, standard hydraulic, and forward-self-adjusting brakes.
• Leaf spring axle - With capacities ranging from 2,000 to 27,500 pounds, Redneck leaf spring axles deliver versatile performance for multiple axle applications. The axles are available in either a straight or drop design to achieve the desired frame height or ground clearance. The springs are also attached to the axle using heavy duty U-bolts and can be position either under the tube for a lower frame height or over it to raise the frame. Other options include slipper or double eye suspension configurations and either paint or powder-coated finish for the axle tubing.
