In 1906, they invented the woven brake lining, which was a groundbreaking innovation in automotive brakes. From 1919 to 1989, the brand was acquired by Raymark Industries, Inc. However, it filed for bankruptcy in 1998, turning the brand over officially to its current distributor, Brake Parks, Inc.
Today, the brand is based in Illinois and manufactures parts that can be broken up into three categories: air system devices, brakes, and drivetrain.
