Accessories

Fuel

Keeping your truck's engine operating at an optimum level is easy when you equip it with high-quality Donaldson fuel filter products. Diesel engines used in heavy-duty trucks and other larger vehicles these days must maintain high-performance levels to ensure they meet stringent emission regulations. And this is where Donaldson fuel filters come into play. They clean fuel to minimize unplanned downtime and prevent expensive repairs.

Donaldson has raised the standards in filtration performance by making sure its filters work well even when used in heavy-duty engines, including Cummins® X15 / ISX engines. There are two options available for these particular engines: standard filters and the high-performance Donaldson Blue filters. Standard filters are manufactured to match or even exceed OE filter performance. On the other hand, the Donaldson Blue filters are made to deliver fuel that is four times cleaner than the competitor's best fuel filters.

If your fleet is equipped with Detroit™ DD13® / DD15® / DD16® engines, Donaldson has got you covered as well. Filters for these engines are designed to meet the specific needs of each application, protect their moving parts, and improve the vehicle’s overall performance.

Hydraulics

Donaldson offers a comprehensive range of filters that are specifically designed to perform in a wide array of hydraulic applications. These filters are made using the latest technology that's designed to consistently meet not just your required specifications but also your expectations. They come in three different types: low-pressure filters, medium-pressure filters, and high-pressure filters. The low-pressure filters are rated for working pressures up to 20 bar / 350 psi, while the medium-pressure and high-pressure filters are rated for working pressures between 20-130 bar / 290-1885 psi and 130-450 bar / 1885-6527 psi, respectively.

Aside from filters, Donaldson also offers T.R.A.P. (Thermally Reactive Advanced Protection) breathers under this product lineup. These products provide fast-acting protection against particulate contamination and airborne moisture. Made using T.R.A.P technology, these breathers strip moisture vapor from intake air and expel the moisture back to the atmosphere. Moisture is then kept from entering, resulting in efficient hydraulics performance.

Lube

To keep your vehicle’s lube systems functioning at peak performance, be sure to use only high-quality Donaldson lube products.
