It was founded in 1952 by W. R. Sauey, Chairman of the Nordic Group of Companies. The company was initially established as a seat manufacturer for lift trucks. Today, Seats Inc manufactures its products in a 311,000-square feet facility and conducts all its business operations in a 19,000-square feet office, both situated on a 16.5-acre land. It also has a manufacturing facility that measures 74,000 square feet in Richland Center, WI, a warehouse in Laredo, TX, and two other facilities located in Spring Hill, KS and Saltillo, Mexico. The company has really grown tremendously over the past decades, and it attributes this success to the combined efforts of its 826 employees, who work together to achieve the company's goals. 

Seats Inc is widely recognized for its on-highway seating that's designed to fit every "body." Under this product category, you can find the full-recline Pinnacle and Legacy Series, the 15-degree recline Heritage Series, and the 3R-PRO Refuse/Compact Seating.
