• Manual inspection of spool shaft and visual inspection of pump
• Test is conducted at 1000 RPMS
• Oil temperature is maintained at 100 degrees Fahrenheit
• Relief valve at full flow to not exceed 2300 PSI

In Order to Pass The Quality Test, The Pump Must Perform to The Following Specifications:

1. Minimum flow of 25 GPM at 1500 PSI
2. Relief valve maximum pressure differential (crack to full flow) to not exceed 250 PSI
3. Minimum overall volumetric efficiency at 92% or more
4. A copy of the computer generated test results is included with each pump
